Advantages:
1. All facilities and raw materials imported abroad which is similar level with Continental production line. For example, Due purpose calendar from Comerin Italy, quadruplex rubber extruder from Troester Germany, Cutting machine from Fischer Germany, VMI automatic forming machine from Netherland, Hydraulic pressure vulcanizating machine from Korea.
2. The most advanced rubber mixer line with precise temperature control can lower impurities content and make sure all the raw materials evenly blended so that to make the purity tire.
3. Comparing with the domestic average level of 55'-65' production per tire, the automatic forming machine production line only need 37' to produce one tire which is the fastest around the world. It's fully worked automatically without human works, which can make sure the quality stability of tire forming.
4. The use of new technology carbon nanotube can increase tire safety by better static conducting performance and heat conducting property, lower rolling resistance and shorter braking distance. The harden tread increased the tire durability greatly which can meet the demand of bad road or high wearproof market.

4) Every tire need to pass quality check like tire balance, X-ray inner structure checking, human outlook check, etc. Finally go to the warehouse.
5) Quality checking before shipment is made again so that to avoid quality changes in warehouse.
